The Rushes was a total bungalow renovation featuring side and rear extensions alongside a roof lift, transforming this traditional bungalow into a two story family home. The Rushes features contemporary design aspects, such as aluminium glazing, K-render, and standing seam aluminium cladding on the exterior. The kitchen, bedrooms and dressing rooms both feature bespoke shaker-style cabinetry to bring a contemporary yet classic feel to the home.
The home also features natural Iroko timber feature walls and luxurious Karndean flooring throughout. A.R.N also completed the rear external works to include an impressive porcelain tiled rear patio area, perfect for entertaining.
