This ambitious renovation project involved a complete overhaul of the existing structure, taking the property back to brick to create a blank canvas for the planned transformation. The unused loft space was expertly converted to create three additional en-suite bedrooms. A single-storey rear extension was added to create a spacious, open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area. A single-storey side extension was constructed to accommodate a double garage, utility room, and boot room. At the forefront of the renovation was the integration of the latest home automation technology, providing the homeowner with advanced control over lighting, heating, security, and entertainment systems. This smart home setup added convenience and enhanced the living experience. Throughout the property, we implemented premium finishes to elevate the aesthetic and functionality.
