A.R.N was instructed to carry out the extensive refurbishment of a Victorian terraced property and convert to 7-unit House of Multiple Occupancy (HMO), designed to maximize return on investment for our clients. The property was stripped back to brick and thoroughly remodelled, with a focus on optimising space and functionality. The finishes were chosen to blend style and practicality, featuring durable vinyl flooring throughout, elegant decorative mouldings that added character, and stylised furniture that appealed to the target tenant market.
By creating modern, high-quality living spaces, we were able to significantly enhance the property's value, ensuring it met both the client's financial goals and the needs of future occupants. This project is a testament to our expertise in delivering tailored solutions that drive profitability in the competitive rental market.
