At St Andrews in Ashton, Preston, A.R.N Projects delivered a carefully considered single-storey extension alongside a full remodel of the existing property to create a spacious, modern family home.
The brief focused on opening up the ground floor to form a seamless open-plan kitchen, living and dining area — a light-filled heart of the home designed for modern living and entertaining. The new extension allowed us to reconfigure the layout to incorporate a practical utility room, dedicated boot room, stylish shower room and a private home office, ensuring the property meets the demands of everyday life.
Through thoughtful design, structural alterations and high-quality finishes throughout, the project successfully transformed a traditional layout into a cohesive, functional and beautifully balanced living environment.
