Oak Lea Farm involves a substantial two-storey extension and full internal remodel of a traditional Georgian property, carefully enhancing its scale and functionality while respecting its architectural heritage.
The brief centered on creating a generous open-plan kitchen, living and dining space that would serve as the heart of the home, complemented by a practical utility and boot room tailored to rural family life. The extension also facilitated the formation of four beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms, providing comfort and privacy throughout.
Externally, extensive landscaping works were undertaken to frame expansive views across the grounds and stables, seamlessly connecting the home to its setting. The result is a thoughtfully reimagined Georgian residence that balances period character with refined contemporary living.
