The Old Common project located in Elswick, near Kirkham, involved the expansion and renovation of a charming 19th-century property. This plan fully modernized two former 19th-century homes. Our approach to building extensions meant that careful updates were made with luxurious finishes, and the extension was designed to enhance both functionality and aesthetics.
Our team utilised innovative building techniques and sustainable materials to preserve the original structure’s character, ensuring the home remains beautiful and comfortable for years to come.
