A.R.N was commissioned to construct a bespoke timber frame new build property on a rural site in Preston, following the demolition of an existing farmhouse and yard. The homeowners were passionate about preserving the character and charm of the original farmhouse while creating a modern, energy-efficient home that embraced both sustainable technologies and contemporary design. Our team carefully integrated the materials from the demolished farmhouse into the new construction, maintaining its historic appeal while introducing the latest innovations in homebuilding.
